What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 2-5 days to process your order and then between 4 and 9 days to deliver it to you.



Do you ship worldwide?

We ship mainly to France at the moment.



Where do we ship from?

Our offices are located in Charente-Maritime. Our logistics warehouse is located in Tremblay-en-France.



Do your products have any certifications?

Our products are CE certified, a European standard.



Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, you can find the Tracking tab in the footer of the website or ask us via email at contact.smilova@gmail.com



My order is missing some items, what happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will probably arrive shortly.

We are located in Charente Maritime.

 

I still haven't received my order. What's taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?

We refund orders that have not yet been shipped.

We do not accept refunds for packages in the process of being delivered.
